Symptom narrative

01/14/26 patient developed high fever, documented at 104.7 and subsequently had 2 suspected febrile seizures. Patient was seen in the emergency room, blood drawn, given tylenol; parent refused further testing. When the patient's fever was lowered to 100.4 patient was discharged home with instructions to follow up with their PCP
