Symptom narrative

Patient complained of sore arm starting the evening of the 4th after the shot. She couldn't move arm to drive or buckle seat belt 1/4/26. On 1/5-1/6/26 patient had fever and arm still not moving without pain. Patient felt they were unable to use their muscles. On 1/8/26 patient went to urgent care-- physician said vaccine may have been given too high in the arm and gave antibiotics, said the injection site was swollen.
