Patient was here in the office on Monday, 1/12/26 and received her influenza and Prevnar 20 vaccines in the left deltoid. The Prevnar 20 burned more during the injection. She states that her arm was really sore the day that she received the vaccines. Overnight and the next morning she noticed that her arm started to get red. She said now that the area is swollen, red, hot and hard. She said it is the shape of a banana. She said the area is getting bigger each day. Currently the area measures 15 cm X 8 cm. She denies having a fever, but she feels reduced energy, as if she is fighting something. She denies any systemic itching or symptoms.
