Symptom narrative

First dose of GARDASIL 9 in December of 2020 and second dose in July of 2021. He never received a third dose; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer concerning himself, a 33 -year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, past medications, and concomitant medications were not reported. In December 2020, the patient was vaccinated with the 1st dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) and then he received the 2nd dose in July of 2021 (lot numbers, expiration dates, routes of administration, and anatomical locations were not provided), the vaccine was administered as prophylaxis. He stated that he never received a third dose (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). No further information provided. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported. Batch/Lot number is being requested and will be submitted if received.
