Patient reports having experienced chest tightness, severe cough, difficulty breathing, and feeling flushed an hour after vaccine administration. Symptoms resolved within 2 hours after taking Robitussin, Tylenol, and applying VapoRub. Never reported to ER since symptoms resolved. Patient believes the flu shot caused these symptoms, since the Twinrix was the third in the series and she had not experienced any adverse events with the Twinrix before. Did not have any food or environmental exposures that were out of the ordinary that could have caused her symptoms.
Hypertension, hyperlipidemia
Atorvastatin, Lisinopril, Eliquis, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, and a multi-vitamin
