Symptom narrative

Incomplete course of vaccination; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (Received 1st dose on 19-OCT-2020 The patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Incomplete course of vaccination). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:13-JAN-2026 The pharmacist wanted to know how to proceed with a patient that received the first dose of Shingrix on 19th October 2020 and now wanted to receive the second dose. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
