Symptom narrative

The morning after the shot, I experienced severe shoulder pain and limited range of motion. This included weakness in my right arm. This has been going on for four weeks, with slight improvement. The pharmacist was standing when he gave me the shot. I have been applying heat to the affected area and treating with anti inflammatory medicine, ibuprofen mostly.

Medical history

High blood pressure controlled by meds, low thyroid function controlled by meds.

Other medications

Losartan potassium 50mg, Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg, Levothyroxine 100 mcg, Escitalopram 10 mg,Clonazepam .5 mg as needed,
