Symptom narrative

pt reported that her injection site is swollen and look infected. The area she described as 3 in in diameter. she was concerned about shingle activation. She was consulted and explained that it might be injection site reaction. She saw a provider on 1/15/2026 and the provider confirmed that she has cellulitis due to contamination during the administration.
