At time of injection, there was an unusual pain starting from near the injection site, traveling up the arm, and down the side of the chest. This pain subsided within minutes of the injection. Following the injection, in addition to the normal post vaccine soreness, there was pain in the shoulder side of the chest triggered by arm movement. This pain significantly reduces the range of mobility of the arm. Following a period of immobility, almost any movement triggers it. However, after a brief period of movement, limited mobility is restored. After about a week, the pain in the side of the chest has lessenend, and movement triggered pain where the neck connects to the effect arm has been noticed. There has also been occasional minor pain near the injection site with no obvious trigger. While lieing in bed, a warm slightly tingling sensation has been noted in the effect arm, primarily in the lower arm and hand (where the pain has not been localized to). Additional back pain has been noted, likely related to changes in body posture caused by avoiding triggering the shoulder pain. Several small panic attacks have occured as a result of this triggering a relapse in a prior needle phobia; although those have significantly reduced.
