Symptom narrative

On January 14, 2026, Patient received 2 vaccines (Men Quadfi & Trumenba) to left deltoid. On January 15, 2026, Patient noticed increased swelling, redness, hardness, and sensitivity to left deltoid that increased overnight. On January 16, 2026, Patient was seen by a NP in the urgent care and then seen by the immunization nurse. The NP gave her prednisone, claritin, and pepcid and a ice pack. Home instructions: alternate with heat/ice. Claritin daily. Hydrocortisone cream 1%.
