Employee came in requesting MMR, Varicella and Hep B booster vaccinations. All three were at administered and then employee stated "I feel kind of dizzy" I looked at her and she was pale, told her to go ahead and sit there for as long as she needed. She then proceeds to become unconscious/unresponsive briefly and then start sweating profusely. BP 70/30 HR 46 Sats 96% on RA. As she came around, she asked for water but after taking a sip felt nauseous. We called for assistance, and she still complained of not feeling well and being a bit confused as to what had happened HR remained in the 40's sats increased to 98%, staff came and we took her to the ED while on the way up she states this has happened previously with immunizations and blood draws. Reports Anxiety, depression and Asthma. allergies to all the Cillins and latex. check her into the ED -
