Symptom narrative

patient reports a topical growth on the face. it started below the right eye and around the nose bridge but has since spread to below the left eye.

History of dermatologic disorders, hypertension

Malignant neoplasm of breast, hypertension,

Other medications

Anastrozole 1mg, Propranolol er 60mg,

Lab data

Patient did not do any lab tests. Spoke with PCP and was prescribed ketoconazole cream

many years ago from a flu vaccine
