Symptom narrative

5pm on 1/6 had Covid and Flu vacc. Did well immediately after vaccines.1/7 patient woke up warm and clammy, T100.7. Approx 10:30 ears went numb, eye sight was going in and out + dizziness. Patient was diaphoretic and passed out while her mother was holding her. This lasted a few seconds but then took about 15 min to completely recover. Patient was pale and Orthostatic hypotension and tachycardia in office. See testing below. Pt was observed for 45 min and given fluids and crackers. Multiple Orthostatics and serial exams and had good improvement in BP and return of color to cheeks. No previous hx of syncope, chest pain. or palpitations.
