severe recurrent inflammation completely around and into our brains; Severe, recurrent inflammation up the spine; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of brain inflammation in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on an unknown date). In OCT-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, less than 3 months after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced brain inflammation (Verbatim: severe recurrent inflammation completely around and into our brains) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and osteitis (Verbatim: Severe, recurrent inflammation up the spine). The outcome of the brain inflammation and osteitis were resolving. The reporter considered the brain inflammation and osteitis to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the brain inflammation to be unrelated to Shingrix. The company considered the osteitis to be related to Shingrix. The patient reported he and his wife both had the Shingrix vaccine, followed by the booster, 3 months ago. The patient had first thought it was meningitis or encephalitis, but he had not been feverish, and it would flare up so bad at night that he could hardly stand it. The patient had been somewhat improving, but his wife was in the worst part of her inflammation which seemed to have lasted for a couple of months and they both agree and know it was a side effect from the shingles vaccine that they took. The patient said that shit was poison, they were still dealing from the effects. The patient said if there was any attorney reading this who can help them please contact them because he had been to three doctors now and none of them know what the issue was. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.
