Symptom narrative

Pt was taken to ER 11/18 at 5 days old by EMS after owelette was reading pt O2 in the 70's. Mom put sock on after pt was making "choking sounds and suspected wheezing", apnea. Taken to ER via EMS Pt was monitored at ER for 3 hours Mother states that as the incident was occuring, she took patient cloths off, patient was lethargic, limp, and purplish and then patient had bowel movements everywhere
