Symptom narrative

Pt received the vaccinations on 1/11/26, 2 days later she started getting a red arm. Arm has progressively gotten more red and swollen and hot to the touch. It was about 6-8 inches long x 4 inches wide. She has been icing it and taking tylenol and has not gotten better, only worse. Recommended alternatives for her to take.
