The most unpleasant vaccine I've had. That second shot hit hard; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of pain in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Family history included shingles (patient's father had shingles). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced pain (Verbatim: The most unpleasant vaccine I've had. That second shot hit hard). The outcome of the pain was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pain to be related to Shingles vaccine.
