Trumenba for 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of interchange of vaccine products in a 18-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Meningococcal vaccine B rfHbpA/fHbpB (Trumenba) for prophylaxis. On 24-JUN-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. In JAN-2026, the patient received Trumenba. In JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and an unknown time after receiving Trumenba, the patient experienced interchange of vaccine products (Verbatim: Trumenba for 2nd dose). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 08-JAN-2026 On 08-JAN-2026, a pediatric office staff member called and informed that an 18 year old patient had received the first dose of Bexsero on 24-JUN-2025. For the second dose, the patient had gone to another clinic, where Trumenba had been administered instead of Bexsero. The administration of Trumenba had occurred earlier that week (on 06 Jan 2026 or 07 Jan 2026). The health care professional had asked whether the patient should have continued the Bexsero vaccination schedule or followed with Trumenba. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter. Upon internal review case was updated on 16-JAN-2026. first dose of Bexsero added as suspect.
