noticed a red circle which was 2.5-3'' in diameter at the injection site; When she first got the vaccination it was a little painful; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A 60-year-old patient received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), in Oct2025 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Vaccination" (unspecified if ongoing); "vaccination site pain" (unspecified if ongoing); "vaccination site erythema" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) with onset Oct2025, outcome "unknown", described as "When she first got the vaccination it was a little painful"; VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious) with onset Oct2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "noticed a red circle which was 2.5-3'' in diameter at the injection site". Additional information: patient received the Abrysvo vaccine in October of 2025. At that time she noticed a red circle which was 2.5-3" in diameter at the injection site which looks exactly like the day that she received the vaccination in October and it has not faded at all. It has not gotten any worse, but caller is concerned this will be a permanent mark on her left upper arm. When she first got the vaccination it was a little painful as vaccines always are for her, but the red circle was not alarming as she's fair complected. This is normal for her after an injection, but she's never had this last for almost 3.5 months. Patient was seeking additional details on this reaction and the persistence of this reaction and if Pfizer has seen injection site reactions that have persisted for 3.5 months. She denies itching or rash, but had pain at first after injection. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
