Persistent left arm (muscular) pain 2 months after shot; This is a spontaneous report received from a Nurse. A 61-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 06Nov2025 as dose 1, single (Lot number: NA4452) at the age of 61 years, in left deltoid for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA TRIVALENT VACCINE), on 06Nov2025 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: F4A7R), in right arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "mild intermittent asthma" (unspecified if ongoing); "varicose veins of both lower extremities" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the vaccine(s). The patient was not taking any other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting. The following information was reported: MYALGIA (non-serious) with onset 06Nov2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "Persistent left arm (muscular) pain 2 months after shot". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of myalgia. The patient was ordered physical therapy.
