Client states that she's experiencing a reaction to the typhoid (oral) vax given 1/12/26. Client reports that she took 1st Vivotif Mon 1/12/26 night as directed and noticed "red blistering" on her abdomen the next day Tues 1/13/26. It did not get better and seemed to get worse on Wednesday 1/14/26 so she did not take Vivotif #2 that night Wed night. Called hotline today (Thurs)1/15/26 and states Blisters are not worse but not better- has been taking antihistamine and using cortisol ointment. Recommended she seek care at Urgent care/PCP and NOT to continue Oral Typhoid. She also states "she thinks" the rash/blisters are starting on her right leg (they are feeling itchy) but not sure because she cannot see this area.
