Initial vaccine record recorded no prior Hep B's. After vaccine was given then EHR pulled in Hep B vaccines given to client as an infant. Child did not need this vaccine on 1/14/26. No adverse reactions. Parental permission given to the Health Department to update our State immunization data base.
