Symptom narrative

High fever over 101 degrees Fahrenheit, shaking, nausea, delirium, scalp pain, intense headache, rash below injection site that is red and raised and overall body pain with fatigue and weakness

Current illness

None acute

Medical history

Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Panic Dosorder with Agoraphobia and Depressive Illness, Chronic Pain of Cervical Spine and Scoliosis of lower lumbar region, torn meniscus of horn in right knee and bilateral osteoarthritis and bone spurs in both knees

Other medications

Alprazolam, Citalopram, Cyanocobalamin, Levoxyl, Hydrocodone APAP 10/325mg, Ventolin HFA

Allergies

Latex, Erythromycin, Azithromycin, Penicillin , Clarythromycin, Ciprofloaxin, Kelfex, Demerol, Toradol, Cephalexin, Imitrex, Topamax, Journavix

Lab data

None to date did call primary physician and advised to rest u less symptoms worsened then to to the closest emergency room for treatment
