Patient stated her Left arm became enlarged, feels puffy and feels like fire, as a result of the flu shot. Patient states she cannot walk well due to her left foot not feeling well. Patient states she can eat egg with no reaction , but if she gets the flu vaccine made from egg, from the past, she gets arm swelling and skin itchy. Patient received the flu shot and prevnar vaccine in her right arm on 1/12/26 and comirnaty in her left arm on 1/12/26. Patient states she also has a terrible headache and her eyes bother her as a result of this fluzone vaccine she received. While patient was calling pharmacy to inform us of this, she was on her way to the hospital to see if they can help her feel better. The patient called here today 1/14/26 and mentioned she has a terrible headache , she could not go to work today. The hospital gave pt iv drug and benadryl and ibuprofen.
