Symptom narrative

Within 2 days of receiving the shot the patient stated that he experienced weakness in the right arm, and a large rash develop over the deltoid muscle. He began to take acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Patient was still experiencing pain and weakness on 12/29/2025. Patient was referred to notify his doctor's office for further evaluation.
