Symptom narrative

Patient came in the pharmacy reporting that he has multiple red bumps after 2nd shot of Shingrix, locating on his back and back of his neck. Bumps on his back went away after 1 week of treatment of topical steroid and Zyrtec. Patient reported that red and irritated bumps on the back of his neck do come and go (not there on weekdays but appear again on weekend). He did report that he tends to touch his neck a lot d/t irritation. Also, d/t his 1 shaving cut as well. Patient will f/u with md if SXS getting worse
