Symptom narrative

As per the patient, her upper lip was swollen, red and itchy and it goes and comes back again but it is not completely gone, and her face was a little swollen. As per the pt, she has not taken any medicine for that, and the reaction comes and goes back. Upon asking, if the patient saw the doctor, she said that she did not see the doctor as it was a mild reaction as per her and she already has an appointment with her PCP on Monday (01/19/2026) and will talk to her doctor. Pt was recommended to see a doctor.
