Symptom narrative

Aches, chills, fever, diarrhea, fecal incontinence, huge lump on arm at vaccine site, then by day four, covered in hives at vaccine site and it spread all across arm.

None

Medical history

Primary immune deficiency: Specific Antibody Deficiency- Memory B Cell Deficiency; Asthma; chronic venous insufficiency, celiac disease; lymphocytic colitis

Other medications

Hizentra, Nucala, Pantoprezole, Budesonide oral, Viramin D, Astepro, Azithromycin

Allergies

Sulfa, Egg white, Gluten

Lab data

Urgent care, 1/12 - she did flu, Covid and RSV test to see if I had caught something. Told me to use hydrocortisone on the site for the big itchy lump. I didn t have hives yet. Then the hives showed up on 1/14 and got progressively worse. Urgent care video visit on 1/17 viewed the area and confirmed hives and prescribed prednisone orally. I had also tried triamcinolone cream at home but it did nothing.

Prior vaccinations

Age 53, got very sick with aches/chills/diarrhea from flu and Covid shot on same day
