No adverse event; patient received their first dose of GARDASIL 9 on October 1, 2025 and was coming in today (1/16/2026) for their 2nd dose a month late; This Spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and referred to a 42 -year-old Female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant medications were not reported. On 01-Oct-2025, the patient started therapy with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) 0.5 mL (total) (strength, route, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis. On 16-Jan-2026, the patient started therapy with the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) 0.5 mL (total) (strength, route, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis It was stated that the patient was a month late for the second dose of the vaccine (Inappropriate schedule of product administration).
