Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis, Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis, Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis, Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis, Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis and Flu unspecified (Flu vaccine) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included knee operation (RIGHT KNEE SURGERY HISTORY OF RIGHT KNEE MINOR SURGERY). In JAN-2026, the patient received the 6th dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient received the 5th dose of Shingrix, the 4th dose of Shingrix, the 3rd dose of Shingrix, the 2nd dose of Shingrix and the 1st dose of Shingrix. In JAN-2026, the patient received Flu vaccine. In JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix and Flu vaccine and not applicable after receiving Shingrix, Shingrix, Shingrix, Shingrix and Shingrix, the patient experienced pain in arm (Verbatim: painful arm, arm had pain) and extra dose administered (Verbatim: she has received six doses of the shingrix vaccine). The first two doses were according to the PI schedule. Then the patient got another Shingrix vaccine every year after. The patient stated that she noticed that getting the vaccine every year makes getting shingles not as severe. The patient reported getting shingles every year in the Autumn season. The last dose was given a couple of weeks ago with the flu vaccine in the same arm and her arm had pain. The patient states that she receives the Shingrix vaccine yearly at her pharmacy. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.; Sender's Comments: A case of Vaccination failure, an unknown time after receiving the 6th dose of Shingrix vaccine and Flu vaccine, in a 75-year-old female patient. Based on the available information, a?possible causality that the event was caused by the GSK product cannot be ascertained. Consent for further follow-up has not been received.
