Shoulder separations in both left and right sides; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of acromioclavicular separation in a 68-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 6263) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included vasculitis. On 05-DEC-2022, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On 03-JAN-2023, 29 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced acromioclavicular separation (Verbatim: Shoulder separations in both left and right sides). The patient was treated with prednisone. On 31-MAR-2023, the outcome of the acromioclavicular separation was resolved (duration 2 months 28 days). It was unknown if the reporter considered the acromioclavicular separation to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the acromioclavicular separation to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 14-JAN-2026 The patient had ongoing treatment of Celcept, which the patient started in JUL-2025. The patient went to see their primary doctor, who prescribed Prednisone and referred the patient to a two-month intensive physical therapy program. After following the program and doing the exercises at home daily, the patient was able to recover at the end of the two months and described it as a trying experience.
