patient that was given an expired vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 11-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number XL223, expiry date 31-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 07-JAN-2026, the patient received Menveo. On 07-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient that was given an expired vaccine). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-JAN-2026 The Reporter wanted to know what the next steps would be for a patient who had been given an expired vaccine. The vaccine had expired on 31-DEC-2025 and had been administered on 07-JAN-2026.
