Symptom narrative

After the vaccine he had general nausea, headache, and lack of energy. On the 15th of December he broke our in full body urticaria. During the allergic reaction his chest got tight and experienced rapid heart rate and respirations. He took took two 25mg Benadryl tablets and we left for the emergency room. In the emergency room he was given a corticosteroid shot and blood work was performed. After the labs came in he was released.
