Symptom narrative

Patient noticed a "tennis ball sized red spot" on her left arm where she was vaccinated when she was putting on a shirt. She states that it is not warm to the touch, does not hurt and is not raised or impacting range of motion. She only noticed it due to the size when she was getting dressed. After discussing, she will monitor for improvement, or notify PCP if anything changes in regard to pain, swelling, or range of motion.
