Symptom narrative

Horrible pain at injection site; inability to move arm after a few hours. She went to the ED, and they gave her morphine that was ineffective, and Benadryl. By the third day, she was able to move her arm, and the pain had subsided completely.

Restless leg, asthma, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, B12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis

ropinirole, gabapentin, B-12, losartan, sertraline, vitamin D
