Symptom narrative

After I got the second dose of Pfizer vaccine in two days, I started feeling severe chest pain that almost felt like I am having a heart attack with the shortness of breath. it felt like some huge pressure pushing on my heart. the pain was severe. I went to the urgent care where they did some tests but did not know what was going on with me as the EKG they did, did not show there was a major problem with my heart. later, I visited several heart specialists to see what I have. they did many heart tests and MRIs but could not find the cause of the problem. until today, the pain comes and goes from time to time. sometimes it is so severe that I can not bear it.
