Injection site bruising

Symptom narrative

patient experienced bruising on right arm. patient came to pharmacy today (1/19/26) and appears that bruising is still present. The bruise is about a quarter size, purple/blue in appearance and located right below deltoid muscle but patient states bruise was much bigger before.
