Symptom narrative

Patient presented to the ED with concerns of recurrent vomiting and feeds intolerance on 1/18. He underwent an ultrasound which showed intussusception. An air enema was attempted, and failed. Patient was brought to OR for manual reduction on 1/18. Patient tolerated procedure well and remains admitted to hospital for advancing feeds. Still remains admitted on 1/20.
