Symptom narrative

Painful passing of kidney stones and blood clots. Chest pains and heart palpitations, headaches, leg cramps and observable bladder and bowel discomfort. These symptoms have been ongoing for a number of years and each time I feel they are waning, they do not yet subside.

None.

Medical history

Sickle cell anemia trait carrier.

None at the time of vaccine.
