Symptom narrative

Blurry and diminishing vision caused patient to ER and eye doctors. Patient stated that he had an appointment to with his eye doctor today 01/20/26. Dr said that patient had fluid build up behind the retina and retina is thinning. Patient has a follow up appointment in March.
