Systemic: patient was inadvertently given an expired dose of VAQTA, no adverse reactions reported by patient.-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was inadvertently given an expired dose of VAQTA. The vaccine expiration date was 11/25/2025. This was the first dose in a 2 dose series. No adverse effects was reported by the patient.
