Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Hypotension-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Additional Details: Patient received vaccine and appeared well. Patient stood up and walked to mother about 10 feet away. Patient was talking to mother and suddenly fainted and fell to the floor. 911 was called by staff and a bystander. Patient had already regained consciousness while speaking to operator. Paramedics were dispatched and arrived shortly thereafter. Paramedics discovered blood pressure and heart rate were low and decided to take the patient to a local hopital for observation.
