Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Mild, Additional Details: Pt reports ongoing chicken-pox like rash all over her body. The rash looks like red dots and are itchy and still present. She had a fever 1/9-1/11/26. Rash started a few days after receiving the Shingrix vaccine and is ongoing. Her doctor examined her, but is unsure if it is related to the injection or not. He prescribed medication (see profile) and referred pt to a dermatologist.
