Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient's wife called pharmacy on 1/13/26 stating that her husband received both Comirnaty and Flucelvax in the same arm on 12/18. Since then, he has had severe shoulder pain with limited ability to move.
