Symptom narrative

pt. received vaccine on Friday, 1/16/2026. Patient called pharmacist and said she was experiencing neck pain on Sunday. Pharmacist recommended patient to take tylenol and call back if that was not helping. patient called back on tues, 1/20/26 and said her neck pain had stopped but her tongue and mouth were sore. patient was advised to calll her doctor and explain symptoms to see if md wanted to see her. We also recommended that she take ibuprofen to help with soreness.
