Symptom narrative

Pt described severe pain at injection site as well as redness and swelling below the injection site and down the entire arm starting "several days" after administration of vaccine which then lasted for ~4 weeks after vaccination. Pt no longer has s/sx of reaction but provided an image showing the right arm as red and swollen with a slight bullseye rash in the bicep.
