received only 1st Shingrix dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on 14-SEP-2018). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received only 1st Shingrix dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 16-JAN-2026 The Pharmacist informed to coworker that the patient was immunocompetent.
