A 64-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 06Jan2026 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 64 years for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "strep infection", start date: 2025 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: strep infection ~6 months prior; "reactive arthritis", start date: 2025 (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: BENLYSTA; CYMBALTA; PLAQUENIL [HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE SULFATE]; NEXIUM [ESOMEPRAZOLE SODIUM]; TOPAMAX; DICLOFENAC; QULIPTA; ZEPBOUND. The following information was reported: PYREXIA (non-serious) with onset 06Jan2026, outcome "recovering", described as "fever"; NAUSEA (non-serious) with onset 06Jan2026, outcome "recovering"; ARTHRITIS REACTIVE (medically significant) with onset 06Jan2026, outcome "recovering", described as "reactive arthritis"; VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious) with onset 06Jan2026, outcome "recovering", described as "redness on the arms". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of arthritis reactive, nausea, pyrexia, vaccination site erythema. Additional information: Patient had other medications in two weeks and other medications 2weeks details: Benlysta, Cymbalta, Plaquenil, Nexium, Topomax, Diclofenac, Qulipta, Zepbound. Patient developed reactive arthritis, fever, nausea, redness on the arms. Patient has also developed reactive arthritis from a previous strep infection 6 months prior, not related to this event.
