Immediately after vaccine administration, patient had syncope episode. She was sitting next to mom in the chair, fell into mother's arms, passed out while arms and legs had a jerking movement that lasted less than 5 seconds. Patient regained consciousness and reported feeling lighted and nauseous. Water and ice packs were given. VSS.
