On 20-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus Nonavalent (Types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 58; S. cerevisiae (GARDASIL 9) lot number: 1965045 (dose, route was not reported) which expiration date was 19-Jan-2026 (Expired product administered).
